How do I cancel my subscription?

You need to cancel your subscription before the subscription period comes to an end. You can either cancel it directly in your sofatutor Account settings or by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service representatives. If you opt to cancel your subscription via e-mail, make sure to provide your e-mail address when doing so.

In order to directly cancel your subscription in your Account settings, log in to your account, go to the “Account & Settings” tab, and click on the “Cancellation” link. Your current subscription will be displayed here. Simply click on the “Cancel Subscription” button and confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription. After you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription, we’ll send a cancellation confirmation message to your e-mail address.

To cancel your subscription via e-mail, send a message to help@sofatutor.com containing the e-mail address you used to register with sofatutor and/or your sofatutor customer number.

You can find the end dates for your current contract as well as your subscription in the cancellation confirmation e-mail, your last bill, or the “My Account” user account page (log in to access this).
