What are the technical requirements to use sofatutor?

Apart from an internet-enabled device, a stable internet connection and an internet browser that is as up-to-date as possible, there are no technical requirements.

As a general rule, if videos on YouTube or Facebook work, there shouldn't be any problems with sofatutor.

If you are having trouble loading and playing videos, try using a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge). Deleting browser history and all cookies or updating the Flash player could also be solutions if the problem persists in multiple browsers. If you are still experiencing playback issues, please take a look at your default antivirus programs and any child protection settings that could potentially block access. As a last resort, it is suggested to use a different computer in the household if the above options are exhausted.
